Feed credits

Feed credits purchase the opportunity to request a measured animal-feed portion. A request may be delayed, rejected, or refunded when a feeder is offline, busy, cooling down, or at its daily safety limit.

Animal welfare

Users may not attempt to bypass limits or interfere with equipment. The operator may pause any enclosure at any time.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third parties. Credits associated with failed feeder commands are returned to the user account. Cash refunds and chargeback rules should be defined by the operator.

Availability

Live video and feeder devices may be interrupted by weather, maintenance, connectivity, or animal-care needs.
